Description:

Online Marketing Specialist (in the Consumer Group Marketing Team) coordinates the online marketing activity, including paid search (PPC), affiliates program, and search engine optimization (SEO) for deltathree's consumer services, including the following responsibilities:

•1. Contribute to continuous improvement of online conversion (e-commerce results).

•2. Manage online paid-search campaigns (Google, Yahoo, etc.).

•3. Coordinate with third-party optimization service provider.

•4. Manage online affiliate program (Commission Junction, Cognigen, etc.).

•5. Coordinate with third-party affiliate program service provider.

•6. Monitor search engine organic results and coordinate SEO efforts.

•7. Work with the consumer group marketing team to achieve team's goals.

•8. Assist with copy work for online marketing activities (ads, banners, etc.).

•9. Monitor usage of a budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars for advertising.

Requirements:

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION MUST THIS PERSON HAVE:

  • 1-2 years experience in online marketing tools - PPC, affiliate programs, SEO.
  • Web programming and HTML knowledge.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Relevant university degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION WOULD BE AN ASSET TO THIS JOB:

  • Fluent English
  • Proven success in on-line marketing campaigns.

Customer Relations Representative |CRR
Description:

  1. Calling/emailing existing customer with upgrade opportunities
  2. Calling/emailing existing customers regarding their account and offer billing solutions
  3. ‘Wining back’ customers who cancelled by calling/writing to them and handling resistance.
Requirements:

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION MUST THIS PERSON HAVE:

  1. Experience in providing customer services
  2. Sales oriented

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION WOULD BE AN ASSET TO THIS JOB:

  1. Call Center experience

Full time position- 3 times a week from 9:00-18:00 and twice a week from 11:00 to 20:00.

Temp position for a period of 4 months, with a possibility of revaluation for permanent position
