CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, PRESIDENT AND SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY
In October 2010, Effi became our Chief Executive Officer and President, having been named our interim Chief Executive Officer and President in December 2008. In January 2007, Effi became our Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology. Effi has been with deltathree since 1998. He began working in our company as an engineer in the Network Operations Center,
and soon after specialized in the management of data networks and security in our Wide Area Network department.
YOCHAI OZERI
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & TREASURER
Mr. Ozeri was appointed Director of Finance and Treasurer of deltathree in January of 2012. In his current roles Mr. Ozeri serves as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. Prior to assuming the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Mr. Ozeri, served the Company as Assistant Controller from July 2007 to March 2008,
as Finance Manager from April 2008 to July 2009 and as Controller from August 2009 until the present. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ozeri served as a senior auditor at Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer, a member firm of Ernst & Young International, in its technology practice group. Mr. Ozeri is a Certified Public Accountant.
PETER FRIEDMAN
GENERAL COUNSEL AND SECRETARY
In October 2007, Peter became our General Counsel and Secretary. Before joining our company, Peter served as Senior Associate of Outside Counsel Solutions, a company that provides outsourced U.S. legal services. Prior to that, Peter was associated with the law firms of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, Lowenstein Sandler PC and Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman, LLP.
