Shimmy  Zimels Shimmy Zimels
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zimels has served as Chief Executive Officer and President since June 2002, and served as Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of deltathree since June 1997, before being named President and Chief Executive Officer in June 2002. Prior to joining deltathree, Mr. Zimels was the Controller and Vice President of Finance at Net Media Ltd., a leading Israel‑based Internet Service Provider, from June 1995 to June 1997. From April 1991 to May 1995, Mr. Zimels was a senior tax auditor for the Income Tax Bureau of the State of Israel. Mr. Zimels graduated with distinction from Hebrew University with a degree in Economics and Accounting and holds a Masters in Economics from Hebrew University.
 
 
Effi Baruch Effi Baruch
Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology
Mr. Baruch has been with deltathree since 1998 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology. Mr. Baruch began working with deltathree as an engineer in the Network Operation Center (NOC), and soon after specialized in the management of data networks and security at the Wide Area Network (WAN) department. During the past four years he has headed the deltathree VoIP data and security departments, along with managing the overall responsibility of the total uptime in the deltathree worldwide network. Mr. Baruch received his B.A. in Computer Science from Hadassah College and is a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional).
 
 
Richard B. Grant Richard B. Grant
Senior Vice President of Finance
Richard Grant has served as Senior Vice President of Finance since January 2006. Mr. Grant brings extensive financial expertise from senior management positions in the Audit and Transaction Groups during his tenure at the accounting firms of KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Grant has a strong background in technology and telecommunications, specifically with broadband and wireless communications. Prior to joining deltathree, Mr. Grant served as CFO and co-founder of Tel2Net, a technology integrator that specializes in IT infrastructure, design, installation and integration as well as consumer telecommunications and broadband network infrastructure. Mr. Grant has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 
 
Neta Issacof Neta Issacof
Vice President of Business Solutions and Analytics
Mrs. Issacof joined deltathree in October 2000 and currently serves as Vice President of Business Solutions and Analytics. Responsible for deltathree’s billing, marketing and reporting solutions. Previously, Mrs. Issacof held several other roles within the company including the title of Director of Marketing. Mrs. Issacof has extensive professional experience in the telecommunications industry, having held various management positions at RSL Communications, PrimeCall Inc. and Partner Communication Company Ltd. (a division of Orange’s cellular network).From 1993 to 1997, Mrs. Issacof worked for Price Waterhouse in economic consulting and financial management specializing in business plan development, pricing, cost accounting and equity evaluations. Mrs. Issacof graduated with a distinction from The Tel Aviv College of Management with a degree in Business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 
 
Shely Sussman Shely Sussman
Vice President of Human Resources
Mrs. Sussman is responsible for deltathree Human Resources activities, which include design and implementation of recruitment & assimilation processes, organizational & managerial development, and compensation & benefits plans. Mrs. Sussman has been with deltathree since August 2000. Before joining deltathree, Mrs. Sussman managed the Training & Organizational Development department at 3Com Israel, and served as Organizational Consultant at Tmurot Institute, a leading Israeli firm in the field of Organizational Development. Mrs. Sussman graduated with distinction from the Hebrew University, with a B.A. in Psychology, and holds an M.A. from Bar-Ilan University in Organizational Psychology.
 
 
Yaron Globus Yaron Globus
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Globus has been with deltathree since 2000 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for managing the operational policies and functionalities of the company, including site development, capacity planning, vendor relationships, and routing decisions for the company. Prior to his current position, Mr. Globus had been deltathree’s Director of Network Financial Optimizations, during which time he built and managed the Least Cost Routing Department and the Voice Quality Control team. He had formerly held the positions of the Director of Project Management at Jerusalem Mortgage Bank, Ltd., General Manager – NY Agency of United Mizrahi Bank, Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of United Mizrahi Global Management Services, and Senior Real Estate Project Manager of Tefahot Mortgage Bank of Israel, Ltd. Mr. Globus holds a M.B.A., and a M.A. in Economics, specializing in International Trade and Finance from The Hebrew University.
