Terms of Use

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of DeltaThree.com. By reading the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

What the site is

DeltaThree publishes reviews and buying guides about phones, cell plans, home internet, VoIP, and accessories. Everything here is editorial opinion and general information. Prices, plan terms, and product specs change often, so check with the retailer or carrier before you buy. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer pays us a commission and your price does not change. How that works, and how we keep it from shaping our picks, is explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Purchases are between you and the retailer. We are not a party to the sale and cannot help with returns, warranties, or shipping.

What you send us

If you send us a tip, a correction, or a message, you give us permission to use it to improve or correct our articles. We will not publish your name or email address without asking you first.

Our content

Articles, photos, and the DeltaThree name are ours unless stated otherwise. You can quote short passages with a link back to the original. Do not republish whole articles, scrape the site to train models without our permission, or pass our work off as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work hard to get facts right, but we do not promise the site is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, DeltaThree is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, from a purchase you make through a link, or from a service interruption.

Links to other sites

We link to retailers, carriers, and other publications. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or what they collect. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens when you click an affiliate link.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
